After graduating in 1967, I worked for 1 year while I decided which school to attend. When I decided in 1968, the Army had other plans. Instead of being drafted I joined the Air Force and served for 25 years. While in the Air Force I managed to earn degrees in Administrative Mangement, Business Management, and Human Resource Development. rogram - Upward Bound - for 10 years. Although it was quite rewarding, I was unfulfilled. My decision to resign that position was ordained by God. I had never had a conversation with God like the one when he told me, "It is time." Well, for once I listened and obeyed without altering His plans. I resigned my position, returned to school, earned a degree in counseling(mental health concentration) and am totally fulfulled working as a full-time high school counselor.
